Use this program to:

• Set up a record for controlling the editing of Seamless rates for an existing Group Code.

Controls for editing Seamless rates can be set up in either the Location record or in this Group Control record. If set up here, the Group Code must be entered in the "Control Group" field on page 4 of the Location record to take effect.

To access the program, type EDTGRCTL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. GRPCTRL CODE	Enter the plus sign "+" followed by up to 5 alphanumeric characters indicating an existing Group Code.Remember, the first character of a group name MUST be the plus sign. EXAMPLE: Type +AP (RET).
2. DESCRIPTION	Enter up to 50 characters for the description of this location group. EXAMPLE: Type AIRPORT LOCATIONS (RET).
3. SEAMLESS EDIT	Enter: 1 = Rates on Seamless Reservations may be edited. 2 = Rates on Seamless walk up RAs may be edited 3 = Rates on both Seamless Reservations and walk-up RAs may be edited. EXAMPLE: Type 3 (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE.
