This report is used to transmit Non-Rev transactions (trip tickets) to OKC.

To access the program, type HTZNRV(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Canada Menu. The screen will then display:

OPTION: Send All Non-Rev Trip Tickets 1 Run Mode N 1DO UPDATE 2 3ERASE 4 5 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. RUN MODE

Enter: N = Near Real-time mode E = End of Day mode This mode reads the Non-Rev file for untransmitted records for any day earlier than the current day. EXAMPLE:Type N(RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN THE UPDATE .
