Use this program to access documents which contains the Hertz Rate Code Glossaries for the US and Canada. These glossaries are obtained from Hertz.

Rate Codes: To review, Rate Codes (also referred to as Privilege Codes) apply to CDPID contract rates on Reservations or Rental Agreements. An illustration of the Rate Rules Subwindow from the Reservation and RA Open screen is shown below. Rate codes are shown on the right side of the screen in bold.

The Codes are 2 characters. The Rate Codes shown are: AC, AG, A1, A4, B4, DD, E7 etc. Use View Rate Code Data to see the meanings of the codes.

To access this file, type RATECODE (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"field or the appropriate line number on the Hertz Programs menu. The screen will then display:
