Use this program to create custom parameters for running the Fleet Snapshot report in multiple ways.
The standard version of the Fleet Snapshot Report furnishes column titles and categories for the fleet as shown in the screen illustration below in fields 4 -8.
| OPTION: __ FLEET SNAPSHOT REPORT 1 Owning Location ALL 2 Report Code 3 Curr Location ALL 4 Out of Service Codes 5 Stolen Codes 6 Grounded Codes 7 For Sale Codes 8 Wrecked Codes 9 Ignore Codes 10 Print/Display P 1SAVE 2NEXT 3ERASE 4DELETE 5 BACKUP 6 7HELP 8 |
The purpose of this control file is to allow users to customize the Fleet Snapshot Report by creating their own labels (which will also be column titles on the report) to replace the ones stated in Fields 4 - 8. In addition to the column titles, the desired vehicle status codes can be entered as well. Users may create multiple customized versions of the Snapshot Report through the use of the Control Record.
To access the Edit Fleet Snapshot Control Records program, type EDTSNAP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Fleet Control Files menu. The screen will then display:
