This program is used to grant "read-only" access to the Rules/Rates File. Users may look at rental rules and rates records but cannot make any changes to the records.

To access the Look Only Rules and Rate program, type LOOKRATE (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Look Only Menu.

To bring up a rules/rate record, do one of the following:

A. ENTER THE RATE SET, RATE CODE, EFFECTIVE DATE/TIME.

If an exact match is found, the record is displayed.

B. ENTER A STARTING POINT( AND PRESS F2 TO BRING UP THE NEXT RECORD.

Enter a Rate Set and a letter or two for a rate product. ESC back to the OPTION field.
From the "OPTION" field, press the F2 key to scroll through file looking at the "next record" each time the F2 key is pressed.
Press F4 to go back to the previous record.
