To access this program, type PRGDRP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Purge Non-Dependent Files menu. The screen will display as follows:

Using the selected date range, enter a cut-off date or press (RET) to default to yesterdays date. Records prior to this date will be purged. EXAMPLE: Type 123120 (RET) Note: A Drop Charge Record is NOT purged if it's the most recent record. For example: if 12-31-22 is the cut off date and there
is a Drop Charge Record dated 6-30-22 from STL to MEM. and it is the most
recent record, it will not purge. Any other records with a date prior to 6-30-22 will purge. |
