Print Ideal Fleet Plan

This program is used to:

Print out and review the Ideal Fleet Plan adjustments to the fleet size that have been entered through the Change Class Availability program. These adjustments are normally done to pre-program anticipated major additions (purchases) and deletions (sales) of units in the fleet.
Check that the pre-programmed changes are still part of the fleet plan.

To access the Print Fleet Adjustments Report, type PRTADJ (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" or the appropriate line number on the Fleet Planning menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Location.

Enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations.

3. Press RETURN to default to ALL locations.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

2. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press RET to default to the Earliest records on file. Fleet plans with this date or later will be included in the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 081513 (RET)

3. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.
