This program is used by Hertz corporate locations in processing tickets through the Batch Ticket Processing Report (TICGAR). When a ticket is issued on a corporate vehicle that was rented at a licensee location, the charge area and location in the record must be set to a specific value. This program is provided for that purpose.

To access the program, type EDITTIC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. DBR AREA	Enter a 5-digit area number. This area must have a record set up in the Hertz Control Record file. EXAMPLE: Type 79300 (RET)
2. DBR LOC	Enter a 2-digit location number. EXAMPLE: Type 12 (RET)
3. AREA WWD	Enter 5 alphanumeric characters. EXAMPLE: Type GHQ00 (RET)
4. CHARGE AREA	Enter a 5-digit area number. EXAMPLE: Type 79300 (RET)
5. CHARGE LOC	Enter a 2-digit location number. EXAMPLE: Type 12 (RET)
6. DUE WWD	Enter 5 alphanumeric characters. EXAMPLE: Type NAT60 (RET)
7. STAT DECLARATION CITY	Enter up to 30 characters for the city name. EXAMPLE: MELBOURNE (RET)
8. STAT DECLARATION STATE	Enter up to 30 characters for the city name. EXAMPLE: VICTORIA (RET)
