This report is used to look at manual changes to Lease records that are logged by CARS+.

To access the program: type LEASELOG (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Transaction Logging Menu (a sub-menu of the System Management Menu). The screen will then display:

Option: __ LEASE LOG FILE SEARCH F1=Location# & Lease# Dimmed if deleted Loc# Lease# Code Yr Field Name Previous Value Date Time Empl

To examine records, press F1.

Enter the Location Code and press (RET). The search will start at the beginning for leases under that location.

or

Enter the Location Code immediately followed by the Master Lease number (no punctuation or spaces). The search will begin with entries for that master lease.

If options are deleted from the lease contract, these are shown in a dimmed mode.

To end the search, press ESC to return to the menu.
