5 Print/Display P Printer: LASER

1BEGIN 2 3ERASE 4 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a Location Code or press (RET) to default to "ALL" locations. (Group Location Codes are not permitted in this program.)

EXAMPLE: Type FAR01 (RET).

2. OPTION

To limit the report to one particular option, enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters representing that particular Option Code. Otherwise, press (RET) to default to "ALL" options.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. EFFECTIVE DATE

Enter an effective date or press (RET) to default to today's date. Records that have an effective date prior to this date will be reported if they still will be effective as of the requested date. In addition, option rates that will be effective later than the date entered will be listed as well.

For example, assume there are 3 occurrences of the option code "LDW" as shown below:

Effective date/time	Rate
010104 0000 $13.99
060104 0000 $15.99
010105 0000 $16.99

If you asked for LDW with an effective date of April 1, 2004, all 3 occurrences of LDW would be listed on the print out.

If you asked for LDW with an effective date of July 15, 2004, the last 2 occurrences of LDW would be listed ($13.99 is no longer in effect.)

Therefore, you are able to see what option records are in effect currently as well as in the future.

EXAMPLE: Type 033104 (RET).

4. EFFECTIVE TIME

Enter an effective time for the date entered in Field 3, or press (RET) to default to the first minute of the day.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
