When run in Hertz Brazil mode, records are nominated for merging in a different manner than for other Thermeon customers. Instead of the system flagging the record with the most recent Modification Date as the survivor, the record flagged as the survivor is the one that has a Federal Tax ID number (if the others do not).
De-Duplication Report
Once the nomination process to through, the program will print out a report of all records nominated for merging. All duplicate records for the same customer will print together with the surviving record first and all others nominated to be merged into the record following. The data printed is the same data the program used to select duplicate records, that is:
Last Name
First Name
Drivers License #
Drivers License Issuing State
Date of Birth
Address Line 2
City
State
Zip
