For RV operators, this program is used to re-print reservation confirmations for a particular pick-up day or modification date (last date a reservation was modified.)

This program uses one format for wholesale reservations (confirmation print program 7) and another format for retail reservations (reservation print 10).

This program prints to the Accounting Forms printer.

To access the Bulk Reservation Printing program, type BULRES (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the RV Operations sub-menu of the Client Specific menu. The screen will then display.

Enter data as follows:

1. PICKUP LOCATION

Enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location whose RAs are to be reprinted.

2. A Group Name representing several locations. Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".

3. Press RETURN to default to ALL locations.

2. PICKUP DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the pick up date. Press RET to default to today's date.

User tip: Field 6 can be used to change this date to the reservation modification date.

3. RESERVATION #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate a single reservation number. Press (RET) to include all reservations for the date specified.

4. MOD EMPLOYEE
 This field can be used to limit the printing to reservations with a single employee code in the modification field. Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing an user code, or press (RET) to include reservations modified by all employees.

5. PRINT CREDIT APP TOO
 For retail reservations, indicate if the credit application should also print. Enter:
Y = Yes, print the credit application in addition to the confirmation.
N = Just print the confirmation.

6. BY MOD DATE RATHER?
 Use this field to change the meaning the date in Field 2 from the pickup date to the reservation modification date. Enter:
Y = Yes, the date in Field 2 refers to the reservation modification date.
N = No, don't change the meaning of the date. It refers to the pickup date.
