This program is part of the "shared system environment" logic (corporate entity and/or multiple licensees all renting in the same company but having separate Posting Companies.)

Use this program to:

• Allocate users to each entity

It is necessary to login to each company and set the number of users with this program. The total number of users is entered in Company 00, the renting company. It then is necessary to login to each of the posting companies and enter the number allocated for that company. (usually a licensee).

To access the program, type COMPLIC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Location Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. NUMBER OF USERS

Enter the number of users allocated to this company. EXAMPLE: Type 20 (RET)
