Use this program to reprint a reservation and/or confirmation regardless of the status of the reservation. Therefore, it can used to reprint a filled reservation.

There are various settings in CARS+ the turn on or off the ability to print reservations and confirmations. This program can be used to reprint either or both depending on those settings:

• If the system and user are set up to print reservations only, it will reprint the reservation.
• If the system and user are set up to print confirmations only, it will reprint the confirmation.
• If the system and user are set up to print both reservations and confirmations, it will reprint both.
• If the system and user are set up to print neither the reservation nor the confirmations only, nothing happens when F1 is pressed.

To access the program, type RESPRINT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Additional Reservation Programs Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. RES #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the reservation number that you wish to reprint. EXAMPLE: Type 123456 (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN PRINTING.
