READING THE REPORT

The report is laid out on a X and Y axis. The Y axis (going down the page) is the purchase date ranges which were entered in Fields 4 through 9 on the screen. The X axis (across the top of the page) is a grouping of odometer readings starting with the mileage entered in Field 10. From that mileage, each grouping is 10,000 miles more. For example, if "13,000" was entered in Field 10, the following groups would be on the report:

0 to 13000 miles

13001 to 23000 miles

23001 to 33000 miles

33001 to 43000 miles

43001 to 53000 miles

53001 to 63000 miles

over 63000 miles

At the junction of a row (purchase date) and column (odometer range) is the number of vehicles whose current odometer falls within the range.
