Void Non Rev Movement

Use this program to void open Non-Rev Movements

From time to time Non-Rev transactions are opened, but for a variety of reasons, they are not closed. Rather than cleaning up the old records one at a time, this program can be used to change the status to "Void" of all unclosed Non-Revs which were opened before a particular date.

To access the program, type VOIDNR (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the History/Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. NON-REV #

2. LOCATION

Enter up to 8 characters representing a single Non-Rev ticket number or press (RET) to include all Non-Rev tickets.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

For the opening location, enter 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location, or press (RET) to include all locations.

EXAMPLE: TypeTUS (RET)

This field defaults to the date that is one year earlier than the current date.

Using your selected date format, enter a cutoff date. All open Non-Rev's from the location(s) requested that were opened before this date will have their status changed from "O" (open) to "V" (void).
