This program is for the use of those operations (Europcar) using Reservation Interface program RZMRGX. It enables the reservation merge program to recognize reserved options that are transmitted in the reservation information.

Use this program to:

• Create records that interpret the codes in the reservation data and map them to the appropriate Option Codes in CARS+.
• Extract included GST amount from the rates transmitted in the reservation information

To access the Edit Extract Codes program, type EDITEC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Rental Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. CHARGE TYPE	Enter up to 5 numeric characters representing the code used for the option in the res. data that is transmitted. EXAMPLE: Type 00006 (RET)
2. DESCRIPTION	Enter up to a 30-alphanumeric character description of the option. EXAMPLE: DAMAGE LIABILITY FEE (RET)
3. AUXILIARY KEY	This field is reserved for future enhancements.
4. OPTION CODE	Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the corresponding CARS+ Option Code. EXAMPLE: Type LDW (RET)
5. LDW RESPONSIBILITY	Enter: Y = Yes, the Charge Type code entered in field 1 is for the LDW responsibility level. The responsibility level in the res data will be written to the reservation. N (or blank) = No, the Charge Type code entered in field 1 is not the LDW responsiblity level. EXAMPLE: Type N (RET)
