A vehicle can be removed from the “sold” status using the Sell A
Vehicle program.
Enter the unit number. Return the cursor to the Option field and press F1. A following question will appear:
IS THIS AN UNSELL?
Enter “Y”. The following prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen:
ENTER TYPE ‘N’ STATUS ___
Enter one of your “not-available” status codes.
User tip: The Status Code must have a corresponding Service Code set up in Service Code File Updates.
