To access the Print Menu Type File program, type PRTMTYP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Security System Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START NAME |
Enter up to 20 alphanumeric characters to select the Starting Menu Name. Press RET to default to the FIRST record. EXAMPLE: Type AGENT (RET) |

2. END NAME |
Enter up to 20 alphanumeric characters to select the Ending Menu Name. Press RET to default to the LAST record. EXAMPLE: Type RENTAL (RET) |

3. SHOW USERS |
Y = Yes The report will list after each Menu Name the Employee Codes assigned to that Menu. N = No The report will not list Employee Codes. EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET) |

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign your printer. D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET) |

Note: Due to the multi-tiered feature of the security system, a user will only be able to produce a report listing the menus with a Menu Type Number which is lower than their own.
