This program is used by a particular CARS+ user whose system is configured to issue vouchers to customers whose rentals are prepaid by reservation deposits. Instead of allowing a reprint from the Reservations screen, this program is used to reprint vouchers when the original ones have been lost or an edit is required.
To access
the program, type VCHPRINT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"
field or the appropriate number on the Reservation Menu. The screen will then
display:

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the reservation number for the voucher that you wish to reprint. EXAMPLE: Type 123456 (RET) |
