Use this program to add additional rates to multiple local CDPID accounts.

To access the program, type MRGLRT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Corporate Account Sub- Menu of the Customer Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. FILE NAME

7. EFFECTIVE DATE

Enter the path name of a text file which contains list of the CDPID records to be updated.

2 - 6 ADD RATE CODE

Use these 5 fields to enter Rate Codes that will be added to the CDPID records in the text file.

Using your selected date format, enter the effective date. Press RET to default to today's date

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

For each CDPID account in the text file, the program will find the currently active Local CDP record and clone it using the effective date entered in Field 7. The existing Local Contract records are also cloned and the rate codes in Field 2 -6 are added.
