Print Location Drop Rec

This program is used to:

Print out and review the adjustments to the drop records that have been entered through Edit Drop Charges (Alternate Version) program.

To access the Print Location Drop Rec, type PRLDRP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" or the appropriate line number on the Print Out Rate CTRL Recs (sub menu) from the Rate Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the Customers Pick-Up Location.

Enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations.

3. Press RETURN to default to ALL locations.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

3. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter the Starting Date. Press RET to default to today's date. Fleet adjustments with this date or later will be included in the report. Fleet adjustments with a date earlier than the date entered will NOT be included in the report.

EXAMPLE: Type 041224(RET)

4. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

EXAMPLE: Type P(RET)

The screen will then display:
