This report is designed to give a list of all vehicles currently parked on the ready line. This includes those with a Status Code of "A" and vehicles with RAs on "Hold" status. Vehicles assigned to a lot but not yet assigned to a stall are included.

Because the parking stall number is not part of the key in the Vehicle File, this report will require more time to run than most of the other CARS+ reports.

To access the Physical Lot Report program, type PHYSLOT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Dispatch menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START
STALL #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the first parking stall to be reported or press RETURN to default to the FIRST (lowest) parking stall.

EXAMPLE: Type A01 (RET)

2. END STALL #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the last parking stall to be reported or press RETURN to default to the LAST (highest) parking stall.

EXAMPLE Type D24 (RET)

3. LOCATION #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the opening Location.

Enter:

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select non-rev records from a single location either foreign or owned.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press RETURN to default to your terminal's location.
  4. Enter "ALL" to report ALL locations.

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

5. LOT #
To limit the report to a single lot, enter up to 2 alphanumeric characters representing that lot. Otherwise, press (RET) to include ALL lots.

Enter:

Y = List only vehicles in status "A".

P = List vehicles in status "A" and vehicles on preprinted RAs (vehicle status is "O" and is assigned to a parking stall)

N = List vehicles in any available type status and vehicles on preprinted RAs (vehicle status is "O" and is assigned to a parking stall)

User tip: The system can be configured to have this field default to 'Y' or 'P'. Contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. to have this feature turned on using GVT record 'PHYLOT'.

User tip: The system can be configured so that when F4 is used to pre-print a RA, the data entered in the stall # field will remain. When Batch RA Open is used to complete the pre-print, the stall # field will be initialized. Contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. to have this feature turned on using GVT record 'KEEPSTL'.


The screen will then display:

Data is sorted first by Lot Number, then by stall number. Vehicles without a stall number are listed after those with a stall number.
