Use this program to grant access to a limited number of fields that reside in the Location Control File.

To access the Edit Location Values program, type EDITLCVL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Location Control Files menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the location code.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET).

2. FORCE VEH # PREPRINT

Indicate whether or not a vehicle number is required on the RA Open screen in order to pre-print a contract.

Y = Yes, a vehicle number is required in order to pre-print contracts. Vehicles selected this way are unavailable to other users.

N = No, a vehicle number is NOT required in order to pre-print.

EXAMPLE: Type N (RET)

3. NF PRINT LOCATION

This field is used to change the print location for the government tax document. Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a location code.

EXAMPLE: Type SNA (RET).

The screen will then display:
