When the extended address feature is enabled, the normal address fields (such as in the RA Open screen) are inaccessible. Instead, when the cursor is placed in the address field, a pop-up window displays to allow the entry of an "extended address" as defined in this program. Once the RA is opened, placed the cursor in any address field and use Shift/F7 to display the address window.
Contact Thermeon's Customer Support Department to turn on his feature. For more information, refer to the chapter of the manual titled Overview - Extended Address.
Use this program to select:
The fields selected here apply to all types of addresses. That is, the fields selected for the Customer home address, for example, cannot be different from the fields for the Location address.
To access the Edit program, type EDITADR (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"field or the appropriate line number on the Customer Control Files menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:
The"Dspl" (Display) column is used to select whether or not the field will be shown in the pop-up window.
Fields that should be shown must be indicated with either "Y" for yes (if no particular order is desired) or use a number (1-9) to select the order in which the fields are to be presented (see second example at the end of this chapter). Items indicated with a "Y" will follow those that have an assigned number in the order in which they appear on this screen.
Enter "N" for No to indicate which fields should not be listed in the address pop-up window.
The "Req" (Require) column is used to indicate which fields should be
required. Use a
"Y" for Yes and "N" for No.
The Print columns are used by Thermeon Staff to layout how the address will print on certain RA Print programs (not all print programs support these fields):
Line: indicates which line of the address will the element print on. For example, "1" means that the element will print on the first line of the address.
Column: indicates the order in which the elements will print on the line indicated in the first column. The value "D" in this column means to print the Country Description not Country Code.
Separator: indicates the character, if any that will print after the item but before the next column on the line.
The address formatted above will print as follows:
