This program is used by operations in Australia to create a file that is transmitted to NRMA (National Roads and Motors Association). The rental transaction data shows the discount that the NRMA members received when renting.
This program can be run either from the menu or by using the report driver logic.
To access the NRMA Loyalty File Create program, type
NRMA (RET) at any menu
"OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Additional Daily Tasks Submenu of the Daily Procedures Menu. The screen will then display;

Enter data as follows:
1. LOCATION

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate
the renting location using:
- Up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a single location
- A Group Name representing several
locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location
groups).
- Press
RETURN to default to ALL locations.

2. START DATE

Using the selected date format, enter a starting date. RA charge records with a DBR date within the date range entered will be eligible for the report. Press (RET) to accept the default of 30 days ago.

3. END DATE

Using the selected date format, enter a ending date. Press (RET) to accept the the current date.

4. NEW RA'S ONLY

Enter:
Y = only RAs not marked as having been transmitted should be included. (RA Charge rows with indicators C, E, F, or G are ignored.) N = include RAs whether or not they are marked as having been transmitted.

Besides meeting the location and date range entered, in order to be selected for transmission the following conditions must be met:
- The RA must have a CDPID number that is flagged as one to be transmitted to NRMA.
- There must be data in the P. O. number (this field is used for the member number)
- The RA cannot begin with the letter "C".
A comma delimited detail record is sent for each RA.
