Prior to using this program the new Coverage Code must exist in the Coverage Code File.
To access this program, type CHGCVG(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Fleet Control File menu. The screen will display as follows:

Enter data as follows:

1. OLD CODE |
Enter the old coverage code that you want to switch from. EXAMPLE: Type 3 (RET) |

2. NEW CODE |
Enter the new coverage code that you want to switch to. EXAMPLE: Type 9 (RET) |

3. START VEH # |
Enter the vehicle number for the beginning of the range that will be changed. Press (RET) to default to the FIRST vehicle in the fleet. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

4. END VEH # |
Enter the vehicle number for the end of the range that will be changed. Press (RET) to default to the LAST vehicle in the fleet. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

In addition to changing the Coverage Code in the Vehicle File, the Coverage Code is also changed in the Model Code File.
