Express check-ins are those where the RA has been placed in a drop-box. In order to maintain a customer's privacy, it is possible to print the mailing copy of the RA in a centralized location.
For Hertz Corporate Canada locations using RA Print program 3E, the following question appears on the screen upon pressing F1 to save the Batch Closed RA:
WAS THIS AN EXPRESS CHECK-IN?
If the response is "N", the save continues as usual and the user is prompted if the RA should be printed.
If the response is "Y", the save continues but the user is not prompted for printing. The RA will be flagged as an Express Check-In RA. It can be printed later using the Batch Reprint Express program.
