Vehicle/Conditions [T]

This window is used to:

view unrepaired damage
view vehicle data (license plate, make, model color, options)
view non-vehicle assets assigned to the RA
enter notes on check-in damages
view a note that was made when opening the RA for the purpose of printing it on the RA

To access the Vehicle/Conditions Window, type T (RET) at the "OPTION:"field on the main window. The window will then display:

Enter data as follows:

UNREPAIRED DAMAGES	These 6 fields show current unrepaired damage on the vehicle as recorded in a Damage Entry. It is the description of the Damage Code that displays in these fields.
1. DAMAGES	This is a 30-character field from the Vehicle record to note damage and is not related to the Damage Entrylogic. Previous data that was entered and not erase will display here and can be edited to include new damage. EXAMPLE: Type SCRATCH DRIVER DOOR (RET)
2. CONDITION	This field is used when opening the RA to enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to describe any miscellaneous comments or conditions which should be printed on this rental agreement. (The RA print program must be configured to print the data entered here.) Press (RET)
LIC#/STALL MAKE/MODEL COLOR VEH OPTIONS	These data groups display information on the vehicle: License plate number Parking stall currently assigned Make Model Code description Color (If Color Codes are used, the code description) Options
ADDL ASSETS	The unit numbers for any inventoried equipment currently on the RA display in this field.
