This program is used to change the default commission percent of all travel agents on file. New travel agents are assigned a default commission percent from the Edit Misc. Controls Fields program. The Change Vendor Commission program allows you to change the default commission percent of all travel agents already on file.

To access the Change Vendor Commission program, type CHGCOM (RET) at any menu "OPTION" field or the appropriate line number on the Vendor Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

OPTION: __ CHANGE VENDOR COMMISSION 1 Start Vendor Number FIRST 2 End Vendor Number LAST 3 New Commission Percent 1DO CHANG 2 3ERASE 4 5 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. START VENDOR NUMBER	Enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters to indicate the starting vendor number. Press RET to default to the first vendor on file. EXAMPLE: Type 10000000 (RET)
2. END VENDOR NUMBER	Enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters to indicate the ending vendor number. Press RET to default to the last vendor on file. EXAMPLE: Type 90000000 (RET)
3. NEW COMMISSION PERCENT	Enter up to 4 numeric characters for the new default commission percent. As an example, eight percent commission would be entered as follows: EXAMPLE: Type 8.00 (RET)

The screen will then display:
