Use this porgram to:

• Void Hertz One-Way RAs

From time to time the customer may check in at the return location on a one-way RA before the RA is received on the One-Way feed from OKC. When this happens, the RA is usually closed via Foreign RA Entry. Later on, the One-Way RA should be voided.

This program allows you to void a particular RA by entering the RA number or all One-Way RA's through a particular date can be voided at once.

To access the program, type VOIDHTZ (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the One-Way Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. RA#	To void a particular RA, enter 9 alphanumeric characters representing the RA number and check digit. This field requires the check digit. If voiding all One-Way RAs through a particular date, leave this field blank. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
2. CUTOFF DATE	To void all unclosed OneWay RAs through a particular due-in date, enter the date. EXAMPLE: Type 070106 (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE.

User Tip: When a customer checks in after a One-Way RA is voided, the One-Way RA Close program -- when accessed from the menu -- will allow the RA to be closed.
