Use this program to display open Non-Rev tickets that are due in to the user's location. Tickets are listed chronologically with overdue tickets being listed first. Tickets due to return in the future are shown in an alternate color.

To access the program do one of the following:

This screen displays 20 open Non-Rev tickets at a time. Use the F8 key to scroll to the next 20 Non-Revs.

Use the F4 key to re-start the display (scrolling backwards is not allowed.)

SHORTCUT TO MAKING A VEHICLE AVAILABLE AND CLOSING THE NON-REV MOVEMENT

When a Non-Rev is selected from the display by entering the appropriate line number at the "OPTION" field and pressing (RET), the Make Vehicle Available program is called and populated with the vehicle data. Like any record saved in Make Vehicle Available, the Non-Rev is automatically closed using the data from the Make Available screen.


FUNCTION KEYS:

F2 = Switches to a blank Make Vehicle Available screen

F4 = Refreshes the data

F5 = Allows a way to enter a new Location Code or Location Group Code. Upon pressing (RET), the on-line display will change to Non-Revs9 for that Location or Location Group.

F6 = Calls the Non-Rev search program.

F8 = Brings up the next Non-Revs 20 at a time. To go back to the beginning, press F4 to Refresh.
