Use this program to edit the sales fields on vehicles that have been placed into a sold type status other than status "S".

Vehicles can be placed in a pending sales status through the Sell A Vehicle program. Later on, when they are actually sold, the sales information usually needs updating. This program is used to perform those updates.

This program can be used in two modes:

• Display only - all fields except for the # 1 are display only.

• Edit mode - Fields 2-4 (sales data) may be edited. To have the program work in this mode, ask Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. to set up GVT record "BZLVEHST". (The pending sale status must be entered in the Alpha field of the GVT record.)

To access the program, type EDITSELL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Fleet Accounting Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. VEHICLE #	Enter the vehicle unit number of the vehicle to be edited. EXAMPLE: Type 1888 (RET)
2. SALE DATE	The sale date from the vehicle record displays in this field. If it needs to be edited, use your selected date format to enter the correct sale date. EXAMPLE: Type 050205 (RET)
3. SALE PRICE	The sale price from the vehicle record displays in this field. if it needs to be edited, enter the correct sales price. EXAMPLE: Type 16290.00 (RET)
4. BATCH NO.	The batch number field from the vehicle record displays in this field. if it needs to be edited, enter up to 6 characters for the correct batch number. EXAMPLE: Type 1909 (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE THE CHANGES.
