Coverage Revenue: Revenue from "L" type (LDW) and "C" type (Coverages other than LDW) options.Different Opening Location
Customer has a reservation for Location A, but shows up at Location B to rent. In this case, Location A will show that the Reservation was "Filled" but there will not be a RA that opened at the location. Location B will show that the RA opened at their location from a reservation, but there will not be a "Filled" reservation.
Preprinted RAs
When a reservation is used to generate a preprinted RA, the reservation is counted as "Filled", and the RA is counted in the "Opens". If the customer does not pick up the vehicle, the Reservation will at some point be marked as a 'No Show'. If, after the reservation is marked as a No Show, the report is later run for the reservation's pick up date, the reservation will be counted as a No Show (not as a "Filled") and the RA won't be listed as an "Open". (The RA will be listed as a Void on the day it was voided.)
