A second version of this program exists, Res Notes Activity Report. This other program replaces some of the data reported in this report with the Reservation Note field.
To access the
Reservation Activity Report, type REDACT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the
Additional Reservations Menu. The screen will
then display:

1. START CREATE DATE |
The date/time range entered in Fields 1 - 4 refer to the date the reservation was created in the system. Or it can refer to the date last modified. Refer to the field "User Res Create Date" following Field 3. Using the selected date format, enter the starting date. Press RET to default to today's date. EXAMPLE: Type 110416 (RET) |

2. START CREATE TIME |
Using the selected time format, enter the starting time. Press RET to default to midnight. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

6. EMPLOYEE |
To limit the report to reservations created by a single employee, enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the employee code. Press RET to default to all employees. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

7. STATUS |
This field can be used to limit the report to a single status of reservations. Otherwise, press (RET) to include ALL status's.
EXAMPLE: Type O (RET) When Status R and T reservations are included, they are shown but no revenue is attributed to them. |

8. START PICKUP DATE |
Using the selected date format, enter the Starting Pick Up Date. Press RET to default to "EARLIEST". EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

9. START PICKUP TIME |
Using the selected time format, enter the Starting Pick Up Time. Press RET to default to Midnight. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

10. END PICKUP DATE |

14. START RATE PROD |
This field and the next one are used to limit the report to reservations with a certain rate code(s). Enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters to indicate a starting rate product code. Press RETURN to default to the first rate product code on file. EXAMPLE:Type VALUE (RET) |

15. END RATE PROD |
Enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters to indicate an ending rate product code. Press RETURN to default to the last Rate Code on file. EXAMPLE:Type VALUE (RET) |
| 16. DISCOUNT EDIT REPORT |

D = include all reservationsUser tip: Running the report with this field set to "N" enables a central reservations center to find reservations that have been created without deposits. For example, reservations may have been booked through WebRes and the credit card information entered was not valid. |

SORT ORDERS The 2 sort order fields allow the user to determine in
what order the reservations will be printed. The PRIMARY sort allows reservations to be grouped under major headings. As an example, reservations can be grouped by the employee who originally created them. The SECONDARY sort allows the user to determine in which order the reservations will appear under the major sort. As an example, reservations can be made to appear by Edit Date/Time order under each employee grouping. If no Primary sort is designated, reservations will be listed in the order of the Secondary sort. |

If reservations are received electronically from a national reservation center and those reservations which should receive special handling (such as a preferred customer club) come with a special code, enter the single alphanumeric code used to flag those reservations to restrict this report to those reservations only. Press RETURN to default to all reservations. |
| 22. BOOKING LOC |
This field refers to the location that created the reservation. If the reservation was created in the Reservations program, it is the create user's location. Certain CARS+ customers may have specific codes that apply to their operation. |
